Ordering Procedures for Outposts of the Northern New England District

Designed for GPH and other Vendor ordering

All orders must include item number, quantity and description

1. The District Store will place the order and will direct ship to the respective Outpost

All items are shipped UPS, so a physical address is required.

1. The District Store will forward vendor confirmation and initial invoice by email only.

Confirmation must be checked by the Outpost, and any discrepancies must be noted immediately to the District Store and Commander Sperrey. Items ordered incorrectly by the Outpost, will be the responsibility of the Outpost to ship back to the Vendor for credit.

1. Do NOT pay initial invoice! Discounts will not be applied until official invoice is received.

The Vendor will have all invoices sent directly to us.

1. The District Store will calculate Outpost discounts on each invoice and will bill Outposts directly.

The District Royal Ranger office will calculate your discount based on the discount afforded to us by the vendor. Some items do not have discounts from GPH, such as clothing. Printed materials have the largest discounts, and other items have discounts based on quantities ordered.

1. Outposts will send payment to the District Store. (checks to be made to NNED Royal Rangers)

Once an Outpost receives its invoice, a check should be forwarded to Commander Sperrey within 10 days of receipt. Any invoice that is not paid within the allotted time period will not receive the discount. A 10% surcharge will be added to all invoices over 30 days

1. The District Store will track and record payments and submit to District A/G Office.

Note: This procedure is done to benefit both the District and your Outpost. The savings on a $400.00 order of books alone can amount to $80.00, a significant savings when combined with other discounts over the year. Your District RR Store is also looking for other areas of savings, such as vendors who offer products at even lower prices than the vendor(s) we are now using. For instance, Commander Sperrey has found a supplier of the merit ribbons at a cost that equals almost ½ the price of our current supplier. Should you order those ribbons, we will have them substituted by our new vendor, dropped shipped to your Outpost, and pass the savings on to you. Consider taking advantage of this program, and being the good stewards God has called you to be. Remember, for every $80.00 savings, that can mean one new boy gets to go to Pow Wow…free!
